Welcome to Massey's Copywriting Training Vault . . .
Greetings friend,
As promised, here's your link to Massey's Training Vault.
Inside you'll find top-notch materials, ebooks, and references that I've collected over the years. These are the very same training materials that have help me so much.
Suffice it to say – some training is better than others.
We all learn differently – by reading, listening, and experiencing. With that said, I’ve tried to include materials in different formats.
Here's an extra "bonus" - I'm including a few additional "training resources" I regularly follow.
So for starters here’s a list of my favorite marketers. These guys are all top-shelf A-Listers who are great writers and marketing consultants. I personally believe that you can’t be one without the other.
Here’s the list:
John Carlton – Carlton is one of my favorite teachers. His insights are pure gold. I highly recommend you buying anything he offers. And he gives away lots and lots of “gold” in his blog – so get on his email list right away. A word of caution: his language can be a little raw so if you’re offended by “foul” or “swearing” – well, you’ve been warned. https://www.john-carlton.com/
Dan Kennedy – another top favorite. Kennedy is another heavy hitter and top copywriter and marketing genius. - a consummate direct marketer. You may already be familiar with his “No B.S.” book series and his numerous training course like Magnetic Marketing System. I’ve learned a ton from Dan – and he’s easy to learn from. You can’t go wrong with Dan Kennedy. https://magneticmarketing.com/
Clayton Makepeace – wow . . . where do I start? Well for starters, he’s dubbed as “World’s Highest-Paid Marketing Coach and Copywriter” by The America Writers and Artists Institute (another excellent resource). Sadly Clayton passed away in March 2020, age 67 (waaay too soon). Side note: Not to brag, but years ago when Clayton had his offices in western NC, he was looking for a copy cub to add to his staff of writers. So, his application process involved candidates to write a letter as to why you should be considered. My letter made the cut and I got an interview. I hosed the interview and another very qualified candidate got the job.
Jay Abraham – In my humble opinion, Jay is the go-to guy for direct marketing strategies. While his events/programs are not cheap (starting at $25,000 . . . he offers a great deal of free training right from his website. Check him out – you will not be sorry!
Keep in mind, this very short list is the tip of the iceberg. And I do not want to overwhelm you with stuff. I do urge you to build your own list of “go-to” sites to gain knowledge.
I don't email often, by the way. Probably only a few times a month. And that's to share new marketing tips, solutions that have worked well for me. Plus, I'll be dripping new stuff in the training vault.
Caution . . . Danger . . . Warning
One last thing: Please, please do not stay in “study mode” and not put forth the action of making great things happen. Trust me on this – I became an info-junkie and got stuck for years in study mode by reading, buying courses, and not really doing anything. You learn by doing.
Alright, my now your eyes are probably glazed-over and you’re ready to scream . . .
If you ever want to chat, have questions, please hit me up at 828-212-9099. I always glad to help fellow copywriters.
Best regards,
Emette Massey
